Edinburg 311’s mission is to simplify community members' access to City programs and services. Edinburg 311 is a single point of contact for community members - including residents, business owners and visitors for non-emergency inquiries. Requests for service can be submitted via telephone, mobile application, and web application. We will get your request to the right department and update you as the situation changes. Together, we develop valuable insights that help improve our City.

Edinburg 311 can help you: 
Submit a service request or report an issue
Provide customers with information on behalf of the City
Provide residents of the Edinburg with assistance with City related concerns
Record complaints/issues pertaining to services provided by the City of Edinburg
Electronically forward complaints/issues to Departments that are responsible for taking appropriate action
Inform callers what actions were taken on their complaints/issues
Furnish statistics regarding services that have been provided and areas of improvementDownload the City’s Edinburg 311 mobile app
Visit the Apple App Store and Google Play to download the app and start engaging with Edinburg 311.

Association Responsibilities 4.01

The association shall be responsible for administering and enforcing the covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in the Declaration, including with respect to the collection and disbursement of charges and assessments.


In the event of any dispute or disagreement between any members relating to the land, or any questions of interpretation or application of the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws, such dispute or disagreement shall be submitted to the Board of Directors of the Association.  Type your paragraph here.

Street LIghts and Potholes:

Please note that it is not the HOA's responsibility to call in street light outages and  street pot holes.  It is the citizens/homeowners responsibility.

 If you have a pot hole that you want to report you must contact the City of Edinburg Public Works  POTHOLE HOTLINE 956-316-4740.

If you want to report a street light outage you must contact the City of Edinburg Public Works at 956-388-8210. The City of Edinburg will place a work order with Magic Valley COOP.

Please be advised that effective 10/1/2021 Los Lagos Homeowners Association, Phase IV, will be under new management.
